🔒 LEGAL SCOPE AND UNIFIED TERMS

This agreement applies to all participation, visitation, access, or usage across the ecosystem of Dr. Tia Jolie Phillips, including—but not limited to—the following entities and digital properties:

This unified Terms of Use governs all interactions—physical, digital, educational, collaborative, consultative, affiliate, and spiritual—without exception.

🛡 EXCLUSIVE RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY & FEDERAL EXCEPTION

“Our exclusive religious activity is the relentless pursuit of truth, reason, and justice.”

The Earth Angel Project and affiliated entities operate as a religious fellowship and values-driven mission. Accordingly, they are tax-excepted under 26 U.S. Code § 6033(a)(3)(A)(iii) and are not required to file IRS Form 990 or similar disclosures.

This designation affirms:

  • Our sacred duty to seek, amplify, and act upon truth
  • Our commitment to reason as a spiritual and civic compass
  • Our insistence upon justice as a birthright of all sovereign beings

All projects within this ecosystem are spiritually protected and fall under private, lawful jurisdiction. Governmental, statutory, or corporate frameworks do not apply.

👣 ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PROPERTY VISITATION

All physical visits to any property owned or controlled by Dr. Phillips—including Phillips Island, Treehouse Studios, “the Back Nine” camping area, permaculture zones, or associated filming or gathering spaces—are at your sole and full risk.

You agree to:

  • Stay only in designated areas
  • Be fully self-reliant (water, power, safety, hygiene)
  • Never approach the private residence unless invited
  • Accept that wild Florida terrain may include unpredictable hazards

No liability is assumed by Dr. Phillips for injuries, illness, damage, delay, or emotional distress. All claims are waived by your entry and capped in any case at $25 USD total.

📚 COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

Dr. Phillips performs due diligence regarding all references to copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials across all projects. If any party believes their protected content has been used improperly:

  1. Submit formal notification via www.THLA.com
  2. Clearly outline the concern and your request
  3. Wait for acknowledgment and allow good faith time for response or correction

All such inquiries are governed by the same terms as physical visitation and digital usage:

  • Jurisdiction: Lake County, Florida under common law only
  • Venue: Binding arbitration with the arbitrator selected by Dr. Phillips
  • Remedy limit: $25 USD maximum

Under no circumstances will maritime code, UCC, or corporate law apply.

🧭 COMMON LAW JURISDICTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

All disputes, claims, or misunderstandings—regardless of topic or party—are resolved under:

  • The common law of Florida State (Lake County)
  • Binding arbitration outside of court, chosen and facilitated by Dr. Phillips
  • With a remedy not to exceed $25 USD total, regardless of the number of parties or type of claim

Class action participation, statutory enforcement, and commercial litigation are strictly waived.

🔁 PRIVATE DOMAIN & DIGITAL USE AGREEMENT

You agree that all websites, platforms, emails, media streams, transcripts, consultations, forms, and downloads across the Earth Angel ecosystem are:

  • Private property, not public infrastructure
  • Reserved for voluntary participants under these terms
  • Not for scraping, AI training, reproduction, or unauthorized distribution

You are responsible for your interpretations, actions, or omissions. Nothing here is intended as legal, financial, or medical advice unless explicitly delivered by a licensed provider under written agreement.

✅ FINAL CONSENT

By continuing to access or interact with any project, platform, content, or property connected to Dr. Tia Jolie Phillips, you confirm:

  • You accept all terms listed herein
  • You waive any and all legal remedies outside of arbitration under common law
  • You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary
  • You understand and affirm that this is a private, spiritual, and lawful agreement, not a corporate service
